Growth can look like many different things to different people and is hard to define. I believe growth occurs when we make meaningful connections and are supported on our journey toward healing and self-exploration. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I approach each client with curiosity, authenticity, and humility. Humor is a powerful tool in therapy, and I often incorporate it into sessions when appropriate. Laughter can be incredibly therapeutic by reducing tension and allowing for a balanced experience of lightness and heaviness in session.
I am an Audhd clinician and struggle with a nervous system disorder. In my practice, I recognize that the therapeutic relationship is foundational to the healing process. I believe in the power of genuine human connection and work collaboratively with my clients on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment!
I focus on working with clients who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, perfectionism, neurodivergence, depression, relationship issues, interpersonal struggles, co-dependency, self-confidence issues, assertiveness, self-care, chronic illness and past trauma.
