Mariann “Annie” Kinkle
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s during those moments that having a safe, supportive space can make all the difference. I’m here to provide that space, offering understanding, guidance, and an empathetic connection as you navigate life’s challenges.
I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma, emotional regulation, self-harm, low self-worth, and difficult life transitions. I also specialize in supporting individuals and couples impacted by childhood trauma or attachment injuries that may be creating patterns of disconnection or emotional pain in their lives.
Using an integrative and personalized approach, I draw on techniques from Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Theory, Bowenian Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I am also trained in discernment counseling and premarital counseling, helping couples strengthen their connection and find clarity during uncertain times.
Whether you’re an individual seeking greater self-understanding or a couple longing for deeper connection, my focus is on creating a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore your experiences, increase your insight, and move toward healing and growth. Together, we’ll work to cultivate a stronger sense of self, improved relationships, and the tools to navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, warmth, and care.
