Do you have a child who is dealing with big emotions? Showing signs of depression or anxiety, or feeling developmentally stuck? Few things can be more upsetting than worrying about the health of your child. You are not alone. I specialize in working with children, preteens, and teens and their families to help them navigate challenges with confidence and connection. I believe strongly in helping them to rediscover the light and joy they bring to the world.

I also work with individual adults struggling to adjust to a new life circumstance, dealing with depression or anxiety, or looking for a little help to get through a tough chapter. I focus on the human and the relational in my work, with a special emphasis on fun and creativity. No person should dread going to therapy!

Whether you are a parent looking for guidance and someone who can connect with your child, or an adult looking for support and encouragement, I strive to create an authentic and healing space where my clients and I bring our whole selves to the room.
