Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate

 Neurodivergent / Art Therapy

Hi! My name is Scout! I’m a person-centered therapist who works through an attachment-based  lens, helping clients explore how early relationships shape the way they move through the world  today. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed by emotions, or struggling in relationships, I  offer a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University, where I also  completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology and Fine Art. My training includes  Emotion-Focused Therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Child-Centered Play Therapy, all of which  support my relational, client-centered approach.

Therapy, for me, is deeply relational. I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and  understood—and that starts in the therapy room. Growing up overseas, I was surrounded by  people from diverse backgrounds, each carrying their own unique story. That experience taught  me early on the beauty of listening and the importance of honoring where someone comes from.  I’ve always considered it a privilege to hold space for others and to walk alongside them in their  healing journey.
