My therapy style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I believe healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. While I bring compassion and curiosity to our work, I am also not afraid to gently challenge patterns that may be keeping clients stuck or provide structure when it feels helpful. Together, we will explore emotions, deepen self-understanding, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and more connected to themselves.

MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, Whitworth University
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (Pending)
(Gottman Level 1 Certification, EFT externship, TF-CBT Certification)
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I support clients navigating things like relationship challenges, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, and life transitions. I also really enjoy working with people who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or who are wanting more connection in their relationships and with themselves.
My style is warm, relational, and collaborative. I see therapy as a space where we slow things down together and make sense of what you’re carrying, rather than something you have to figure out alone. I will always meet you with care and curiosity, and while I move at your pace, I’m also not afraid to gently challenge patterns or offer structure when it feels supportive and helpful.
I work from an attachment-based and emotion-focused lens, which means I pay close attention to emotions, relationships, and the ways our past experiences can shape how we show up in the present. I also like to integrate practical tools when they’re useful, especially for clients who want something more concrete alongside deeper emotional work.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University and have completed training in EFT (externship), Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). More than anything, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and more connected to yourself as we work toward the changes that matter most to you.

If something in my profile resonates with you, I would be honored to support you. I look forward to connecting with you.
I take an open and integrative approach to therapy and welcome clients who are drawn to mind–body, mindfulness-based, or more holistic ways of healing. I always tailor the work to what feels most supportive and meaningful for each person.
