Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m so glad you’re here.
Life can be incredibly challenging at times, especially when you’re navigating a big transition, grappling with self-worth, or working through the pain of religious trauma. Maybe you’re exploring your identity, trying to make sense of family challenges, or feeling stuck in a battle with body image concerns. You might feel overwhelmed or unsure of where to begin, but you’re here because you want to feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the life you envision.
I’m here to support you.
I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story and explore the challenges you’re facing. I specialize in helping people navigate transitions, uncover and embrace their authentic identity, process religious trauma, work through family dynamics, and improve their relationship with their bodies. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, using tailored approaches that fit your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Your struggles matter, and so does your journey. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in this process. Healing and growth are possible, and you don’t have to go through this alone.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s work together to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.
