Hi! I'm happy you've found your way to my profile. Maybe you are feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or like you've lost your sense of self. Sometimes this can bring up strong reactions rooted in the past, or confusion surrounding your values and relationships with others. Many people come to therapy wanting both relief from these symptoms and a better understanding of where they come from. I offer a warm, empathetic space where you can feel heard and supported within your journey towards growth and healing.

I work with individual adults and couples navigating anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems and the deeper questions that often come with; including identity, purpose, and lifelong patterns. I integrate insight-focused work with experiential approaches, including ACT, IFS, and lifespan integration.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I see it as a place to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s beneath the surface. I strive to offer a space that feels emotionally safe while also supporting meaningful movement toward change. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we can take things as they come and see where the work leads!
