Grace White
MFT Student, Graduating May 2025
Hi, I’m Grace White, and I’m passionate about helping children and families heal, connect, and thrive. I know how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling—when emotions run high, behaviors feel unmanageable, and connection seems out of reach. But I also know that healing is possible, and I’m here to help.
With a background in psychology from Whitworth University and years of experience working with children who fall behind, I’ve seen firsthand how early relationships shape our well-being. I specialize in child therapy, play therapy, and family therapy, using Child-Centered Play Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, and Lifespan Integration to support deep, lasting change.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Whether your child is facing emotional struggles, attachment wounds, or trauma, I believe in their resilience—and in your ability to foster a loving, connected family. Your family is not defined by its struggles, and together, we can create a path forward where your kids can just be kids, and you can parent with confidence.
When I’m not working with families, I love building community by hosting friends and family in my home. I believe that connection is at the heart of healing, and I’d love to help bring that sense of connection into your family’s life. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you.
