Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, past trauma, parenting stress, or transition. I work with adults, teens, couples, and parents who are seeking greater understanding, healing, and connection in their lives and relationships. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences openly, gain new perspectives, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that each person brings their own strengths, resilience, and wisdom to the counseling process, and I strive to help clients reconnect with those qualities as they work through life's challenges. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be contributing to distress while also developing practical tools to support growth and well-being.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, systemic approaches, and incorporating trauma-informed care. I am also trained in Lifespan Integration, a somatic and effective approach that can help individuals process difficult experiences and foster greater emotional integration. In my work with couples, I incorporate principles from EFT and the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate conflict more effectively.
I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, respected, and understood. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and perspectives, and I am happy to incorporate faith or spirituality into our work if it is an important part of your life. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself and others, therapy can be a place to begin that journey.
