I enjoy working with adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, perfectionism, sports, stress, or trauma. Many of my clients seek therapy for personal growth, healing of trauma or attachment injuries, processing of family dynamics, and development of coping mechanisms.

As my client you can expect therapy with me to be centered around forming a strong partnership with you. You can expect a space that feels warm, tranquil, and safe, where unwavering support and empathy are felt.
