Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

SCHEDULE WITH Corey

Have you ever felt like your past is quietly directing your present? Perhaps you're navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, or the lingering echoes of trauma. If you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I want you to know that your pain is valid-and you don't have to carry it alone.

From a young age, I realized I enjoyed listening to others tell their stories. People often found it easy to bare their hearts to me, feeling a sense of relief they couldn't find elsewhere. This, combined with my own family's history of mental health challenges, sparked a lifelong passion for counseling. I've been where you are, and I understand that reaching out is often the most difficult part of the journey.

My Approach

I believe we are social beings shaped by our earliest experiences. My practice is grounded in Adlerian therapy with elements of Emotion-Focused Therapy. Together, we will explore your unique history and interactions to uncover the "why" behind your current struggles. By understanding where you've been, we can better navigate where you are and, more importantly, where you want to go.

Our experiences shape us, but we are constantly evolving. If you're ready to take that rewarding first step toward your best self, I'm ready to listen.

Beyond the Office

When I'm not in the therapy room, I'm usually building computers, playing tabletop or video games, or enjoying time with my partner and my dog.
