I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a wide range of life experiences. Many of the people I see are dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure of what they need next in life.
My style in therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious about yourself, and supported without judgment. In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are—whether you need space to process emotions, help making sense of patterns in your relationships, or practical tools to manage day-to-day stress. I also gently challenge when it feels helpful, so you can move toward clarity and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach blends emotional exploration with practical skill-building. I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, solution-focused work, and relational approaches such as Gottman Method and EFT, depending on your needs. I also incorporate trauma-informed care and other experiential approaches to help deepen insight and healing when appropriate.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have training in working with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings. My goal is always to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also feeling empowered to make meaningful change in your life.
More than anything, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can breathe, be real, and not carry everything alone.
