Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

SCHEDULE WITH ANNA

Hi, I’m Anna and I’m glad you’re here!

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals. I’m especially passionate about supporting teens, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and the many transitions that come with life. I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming space where all identities are welcomed and respected.

At the heart of my approach is a deep belief in the power of connection, empathy, and feeling truly seen. I strive to meet every client with compassion, curiosity, and care—helping you to build the tools to heal, grow, and feel more grounded in who you are.

I received both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University. My clinical background includes work in schools, community mental health, and private practice settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to support a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Art and Play Therapy, and I’ve received specialized training in both Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Level 2 for couples.

Whether you’re reaching out for yourself or someone you love, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
