Sometimes life can feel like a rollercoaster that we somehow can’t seem to exit, don’t know how we got on it in the first place, and are then having to white knuckle it as best as possible. That is why I went into this field to not only learn tools to help others work through challenges, but also provide a space to feel safe, seen, and fully understood without judgement. A space to learn, gain deeper insight, and grow into your most authentic self.

I am trained in several approaches that can create new insights about your feelings and behaviors. I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, struggle with their sense of worth, and people who are struggling to figure out what they want in a relationship. I help my clients find new grounding tools, hope, and healing.

Together we will understand what you want to experience and what feels like it is holding you back. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you, help you grow, and help curate security with yourself, your relationships, and feel more emotionally balanced.

We all do the best we can with the tools we have, however, a lot of people were not taught helpful tools or even aware they have a toolbox to begin with. Doing the work on your own can feel impossible. Having a support system in your corner can be a game changer.
